Ingredients
1 unbaked 9-inch pie crust
1 cup pecan halves
3 large eggs
1 cup light corn syrup
1/2 cup granulated sugar
1/2 cup packed brown sugar
1/4 cup unsalted butter, melted
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/4 teaspoon salt
Preparation
Preheat your oven to 350°F (175°C).
Place the pie crust in a 9-inch pie dish and crimp the edges.
In a bowl, beat the eggs lightly.
Stir in corn syrup, granulated sugar, brown sugar, melted butter, vanilla extract, and salt until well combined.
Spread the pecan halves evenly over the unbaked pie crust.
Pour the syrup mixture over the pecans.
Bake in the preheated oven for 50-60 minutes, or until the center is set and a knife inserted comes out clean.
Allow the pie to cool before serving.
