Ingredients
3 ounces cream cheese
1/2 container butter, softened
1 glass all-purpose flour
1/2 container any flavor natural product jam
1/3 glass confectioners’ sugar for decoration
Preparation
Mix cream cheese and butter until smooth. Include flour gradually until well mixed. Shape into a ball and chill overnight or for a few hours.
Preheat stove to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C).
Roll batter out 1/8 inch thick on a floured cake board.Cut into 2 1/2 inch squares and put approximately 1/2 teaspoon stick or jam within the center. Cover inverse corners and squeeze together. Put on ungreased cookie sheets.
Bake for 10 to 12 minutes within the preheated stove. Cool on wire racks.Sprinkle kolacky delicately with confectioner’s sugar.
